Marinade


Looking for a new idea on an old favourite? Spice up chicken, veggies or pork with this great marinade. 

Use the shaker to mix and the Marinade Container for this delicious recipe.

Fire at Night
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, made by the Lemon Lime Press 
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley


2 teaspoons ginger


2 cloves of garlic, pealed and pressed with the Vampire Prevention Kit

Mix together and marinade chicken/pork/vegetables overnight ... BBQ or cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 or until done. This recipe makes enough for one full chicken or 5 chicken breasts or 10 pork chops.
